Explorer is a trailer designed to last longer and look better than the light weight RV-style trailers that were never intended to carry heavy cargo.
The Explorer GS models feature an enclosed head and shower. Both come with framed bunk beds that easily fold out of the way and a removable table.

2. A front ramp door on AeroSport models adds even more versatility to your trailer.
3. Optional features shown here include an aerodynamic airdome, available on 6' and 7' wide models, which makes for easier towing; a bent tube tongue, available on 5' and 6' wide models, which makes for level towing; and stylish swoosh graphics.
4. The in-floor spare tire storage is easily accessible and conveniently stores tire out of the way.
5. Lockable front-mount spare tire with cover is convenient and affordable with Pace.

Not All Trailers Are Created Equal

To guarantee your trailer works better and lasts longer, Pace refines even the smallest details. This actual parts comparison will allow you to see first hand why Pace is the quality and true value choice in trailers today!

1. T-NUTS
Pace secures door hardware with Torx-style bolts and T-nuts for a flush finish -no sheared bolts like other lesser brands!

2. RIVETED ROOF DESIGN
CargoSport and AeroSport models feature a riveted roof design with high tech self-leveling sealer for additional strength and resistance to water leaks.

3. .080 TOP WRAP
CargoSport and AeroSport "roundtop" style trailers feature a hard .080 aluminum extrusion top wrap to add additional strength and straightness to the sidewall and roof -- others use weak .030 aluminum.

4. STEEL STEPWELL AND DOOR FRAME
Every door and window opening is steel framed for strength and all side doors have a no-rust galvannealed stepwell -- other lesser brands frame doors and windows with wood.

  5. FLOOR TRIM
Heavy aluminum floor trim at all door openings features countersunk screws -- no more damaged trim and broken screws like other brands.

6. AUTO FILLER
All exposed rear headers, bottom crossmembers and sidedoor frames are now welded from the inside and the outside seams are filled with a Urethane automotive filler for a clean, smooth look. Pace pays attention to the details.

7. 3/8" PLYWOOD SIDEWALLS
3/8" plywood sidewalls are standard and are much stronger than lauan. They are thick enough to mount accessories.

8. BETTER WIRING IS SAFER
To assure brakes and 12 volt lighting functions properly, Pace routes all wiring that passes through a frame member in conduit or plastic grommets. Brake wires are shielded and waterproofed to prevent damage from road debris and moisture.

  9. PREMIUM FASTENERS
All sidewall screws are coated with a premium quality finish to resist corrosion from moisture and road salt -- lesser brands use much cheaper fasteners that will corrode quickly.

10. SIDE DOOR HINGES
Pace's custom designed side door hinges are double zinc plated and clear-coated to provide maximum resistance from rust. Also tamper proof bolts for added security.

11. WELD PREP
Every exposed weld joint on a Pace trailer frame is wire-brushed and coated with a zinc based primer -- others just weld and paint, leaving it much more prone to rust.

12. DOOR SEALS
Every door is sealed with a premium automotive-style D-bulb weather-stripping for superior protection from the elements -- other lesser brands use cheap foam tape.
